NRS 396.7995 - Limitations on activities of nonprofit corporation.
NV Rev Stat § 396.7995 (2013) What's This?
No part of the activities of such corporation shall consist of carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, or participation or intervention in (including without limitation the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.
