NRS 396.780 - Biennial reports.
NV Rev Stat § 396.780 (2013) What's This?
The Director and the Board of Regents shall make a report to the Governor before September 1 of each even-numbered year covering the biennium ending June 30 of such year. The Governor shall transmit all reports to the Legislature.
