NV Rev Stat § 396.255 (2013) What's This?

The Board of Regents shall, to carry out the purposes of subsection 3 of NRS 281.221, subsection 3 of NRS 281.230 and subsection 3 of NRS 281A.430, establish policies governing the contracts that faculty members and employees of the System may enter into or benefit from.
