NV Rev Stat § 386.616 (2013) What's This?

Director of the Department of Business and Industry means the Director of the Department of Business and Industry or any person within the Department of Business and Industry designated by the Director to perform duties in connection with a project or the issuance of bonds pursuant to NRS 386.612 to 386.649, inclusive.
