Chapter 386 - Local Administrative Organization
NRS 386.605 - Submission of accountability information to sponsor of charter school.
On or before August 31 of each year, the governing body of a charter school shall submit the information concerning the charter school that is required pursuant to NRS 385.347 to the sponsor of the charter school for inclusion in the report required pursuant to that section. The information must be submitted in a format prescribed by the sponsor of the charter school.
