NRS 293C.540 - Delivery of official register by county clerk to city clerk.


NV Rev Stat § 293C.540 (2013) What's This?

Not later than 3 days before the day on which any regular or special city election is held, the county clerk shall deliver to the city clerk the official register for the city.
