NRS 293C.355 - Applicability of provisions.
NV Rev Stat § 293C.355 (2013) What's This?
The provisions of NRS 293C.355 to 293C.361, inclusive, apply to a city only if the governing body of the city has provided for early voting by personal appearance pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 293C.110.
