NRS 293.204 - Time for filing declaration or acceptance of candidacy for special election.


NV Rev Stat § 293.204 (2013) What's This?

If a special election is held pursuant to the provisions of this title, the Secretary of State shall prescribe the time during which a candidate must file a declaration or acceptance of candidacy.
