NRS 293.198 - Each department of Justice Court constitutes separate office for nomination and election.


NV Rev Stat § 293.198 (2013) What's This?

In any township which has more than one justice of the peace, each department is a separate office for the purposes of nominating and electing the justice of the peace of that department.
