NRS 293.12757 - Qualification to sign petition.
NV Rev Stat § 293.12757 (2013) What's This?
A person may sign a petition required under the election laws of this State on or after the date the person is deemed to be registered to vote pursuant to NRS 293.517 or subsection 7 of NRS 293.5235.
