NRS 293.046 - Deputy clerk defined.
NV Rev Stat § 293.046 (2013) What's This?
Deputy clerk means a deputy clerk for early voting who is appointed pursuant to NRS 293.358 to serve as the election officer in charge of the polling place for early voting.
