NRS 293.0382 - City of population category two defined.


NV Rev Stat § 293.0382 (2013) What's This?

City of population category two means a city:

1. Organized pursuant to the provisions of chapter 266 of NRS; or

2. Incorporated pursuant to a special charter,

whose population is more than 5,000 and less than 50,000.
