NRS 284.381 - Limitation on revocation of resignation by employee.
NV Rev Stat § 284.381 (2013) What's This?
Once an employee s written resignation is accepted by the employee s appointing authority, the employee may not revoke the resignation, regardless of the effective date set forth in it, if 3 or more working days have elapsed since its acceptance, unless the appointing authority approves the revocation.
