NRS 284.315 - Emergency appointment.
NV Rev Stat § 284.315 (2013) What's This?
In case of an emergency, an appointment may be made without regard to the provisions of this chapter relative to appointments, but in no case shall such appointment continue longer than 60 working days in any 12-month period.
