Chapter 284 - State Personnel System
NRS 284.307 - Automatic advancement of person in training or preparatory position.


NV Rev Stat § 284.307 (2013) What's This?

An employee who holds a position classified as a training or preparatory position may advance automatically to a position having a higher classification after the employee meets the minimum qualifications for the higher classification and receives the recommendation of the appointing authority for that advancement.
