NRS 284.200 - Proceeding to compel Administrator to certify payroll.
NV Rev Stat § 284.200 (2013) What's This?
If the Administrator wrongfully withholds certification of the payroll or account of any employee, the employee may maintain a proceeding to compel the Administrator to certify the payroll or account.
