NRS 278.800 - Officers: Election; terms; vacancies.
NV Rev Stat § 278.800 (2013) What's This?
The governing body shall elect from its own members a chair and vice chair, whose terms of office shall be 2 years, and who may be reelected. If a vacancy occurs in either office, the governing body may fill such vacancy for the unexpired term.
