NRS 278.270 - Creation.
NV Rev Stat § 278.270 (2013) What's This?
The governing body of any county or of any city which enacts zoning regulations under the authority of NRS 278.010 to 278.630, inclusive, may provide by ordinance for a board of adjustment.
