NRS 278.0107 - Average residential density defined.
NV Rev Stat § 278.0107 (2013) What's This?
Average residential density means the number of lots intended for residential dwelling units within the boundaries of a subdivided or developed area, divided by the total number of acres within the boundaries of the subdivision or developed area.
