NRS 244.161 - Promotion of civil and equal rights.
NV Rev Stat § 244.161 (2013) What's This?
In addition to powers elsewhere conferred upon counties, any county may institute a program of discussion and conciliation for the realization of civil and equal rights of residents of the county.
