Chapter 232 - State Departments
NRS 232.225 - State agency to inform Office of any grant agency receives or for which it applies.


NV Rev Stat § 232.225 (2013) What's This?

In addition to any other requirement concerning applying for or receiving a grant, a state agency shall notify the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management, on a form prescribed by the Office, of any grant:

1. For which the state agency applies; and

2. Which the state agency receives.
