Chapter 232 - State Departments
NRS 232.223 - Administrator to employ two persons in unclassified service to assist Administrator under his or her direction.
1. The Administrator of the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management shall employ two persons to serve in the unclassified service of the State for the purposes set forth in this section.
2. A person employed pursuant to this section shall, under the direction of the Administrator of the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management, assist the Administrator in carrying out the provisions of NRS 232.222 to 232.227, inclusive.
