NRS 232.212 - Definitions.
NV Rev Stat § 232.212 (2013) What's This?
As used in NRS 232.212 to 232.227, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:
1. Department means the Department of Administration.
2. Director means the Director of the Department.
3. Public body has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 241.015.
