NRS 228.275 - Powers: Action to enjoin or obtain other relief.
NV Rev Stat § 228.275 (2013) What's This?
The Unit may bring an action to enjoin or obtain any other equitable relief to prevent the abuse, neglect, exploitation or isolation of an older person. The court may award reasonable attorney s fees and costs if the Unit prevails in such an action.
