NRS 130.7016 - Foreign central authority defined. [Effective on the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is ratified by the President and the United States deposits its instrument of ratification.]

Foreign central authority means the entity designated by a foreign country described in subsection 4 of NRS 130.10116 to perform the functions specified in the Convention.
