Chapter 130 - Interjurisdictional Enforcement of Support
NRS 130.7011 - Definitions. [Effective on the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is ratified by the President and the United States deposits its instrument of ratification.]
As used in NRS 130.7011 to 130.713, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 130.7012 to 130.7018, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
