Chapter 130 - Interjurisdictional Enforcement of Support
NRS 130.10159 - Register defined. [Effective until the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is ratified by the President and the United States deposits its instrument of ratification.]

Register means to file a support order or judgment determining parentage with the clerk of a district court of this state.

NRS 130.10159 Register defined. [Effective on the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is ratified by the President and the United States deposits its instrument of ratification.] Register means to file in a tribunal of this State a support order or judgment determining parentage of a child issued in another state or foreign country with the clerk of a district court of this State.
