NRS 130.10156 - Person defined.
NV Rev Stat § 130.10156 (2013) What's This?
Person means a natural person, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited-liability company, association, joint venture, government or governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality, public corporation or any other legal or commercial entity.
