NV Rev Stat § 710.580 (2011) What's This?

The county treasurer and the city treasurer, as the case may be, shall be responsible on the county treasurer s or city treasurer s official bond for all funds which may come into the county treasurer s or city treasurer s hands under the provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive.
