NRS 710.180 - Plants and works deemed public uses; eminent domain.


NV Rev Stat § 710.180 (2011) What's This?

The plant or plants and the works provided for in NRS 710.160 to 710.280, inclusive, shall be deemed public uses, authorized by the Legislature, such as are assisted by the principle of eminent domain.
