Chapter 705 - Railroads and Monorails
NRS 705.330 - Survival of right of action.
Any right of action given by NRS 705.260 to 705.340, inclusive, to an employee suffering injury shall survive to the employee s personal representative, for the benefit of the surviving spouse and children of such employee, and, if none, then of such employee s parents, and, if none, then of the next of kin dependent upon such employee; but in such cases there shall be only one recovery for the same injury.
