Chapter 701A - Energy-Related Tax Incentives
NRS 701A.340 - Renewable energy defined. [Effective through June 30, 2049.]


NV Rev Stat § 701A.340 (2011) What's This?

1. Renewable energy means:

(a) Biomass;

(b) Fuel cells;

(c) Solar energy;

(d) Waterpower; or

(e) Wind.

2. The term does not include coal, natural gas, oil, propane or any other fossil fuel, geothermal energy or nuclear energy.
