NV Rev Stat § 686B.340 (2011) What's This?

and 81.510. The provisions of NRS 81.130 and 81.510 do not apply to the conversion of an essential insurance association to a domestic mutual insurer or a domestic reciprocal insurer as provided in NRS 686B.330 to 686B.370, inclusive.
