NV Rev Stat § 686B.1797 (2011) What's This?

An insurer or other person shall not willfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the Commissioner or to the Advisory Organization, which will affect the rates, classifications of risks or Uniform Statistical Plan for industrial insurance.
