The Commissioner, his or her agents and employees may furnish to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, or to any Federal Home Loan Bank, or to examiners appointed by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board or any Federal Home Loan Bank, or to any federal loan agency, copies of any instruments concerning, and may disclose any information with reference to, the conditions or affairs of any such foreign or domestic association, company or corporation.
