NRS 673.110 - Procedure for removing and loan from name of domestic association.

Any domestic association, which has the words savings and loan in its name, may, by filing with the commissioner written notice thereof authorized by its board of directors and by complying otherwise with its articles of incorporation, remove the words and loan from its name.
