NRS 645A.224 - Employee of Division prohibited from interest in escrow agency.
NV Rev Stat § 645A.224 (2011) What's This?
A person shall not have a pecuniary interest in or act as an escrow agent for any escrow agency while he or she is an employee of the Division.
