Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.420 - Administrative fines.
NV Rev Stat § 636.420 (2011) What's This?
Any person licensed under this chapter who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation of the Board relating to the practice of optometry is liable to the Board for an administrative fine of not less than $100 or more than $5,000.
