NRS 636.375 - Manner of giving notices to licensees.


NV Rev Stat § 636.375 (2011) What's This?

Any notice required to be given by the Board or the Executive Director to a licensee may be transmitted by ordinary first-class, certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the licensee at the location listed by the Executive Director for that licensee.
