Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.195 - Request for reexamination.
An examinee who did not receive the grade required to pass an examination may submit a written request for reexamination to the Board or to the testing agency designated by the Board to conduct its examinations. Such a request must be:
1. Mailed to the Executive Director or the testing agency;
2. Postmarked on or before the deadline established by the Board or testing agency; and
3. Accompanied by the required fee.
