Chapter 625A - Environmental Health Specialists
NRS 625A.055 - Employment and compensation of professionals and other personnel; reimbursement of certain expenses.
The Board may employ and fix the compensation to be paid to attorneys, investigators and other professional consultants and clerical personnel necessary to the discharge of its duties and may reimburse those employees for any actual expenses they incur while acting on behalf of the Board. Any reimbursement paid pursuant to this section is in addition to any per diem allowance or travel expenses paid to those employees pursuant to NRS 625A.050.
