NRS 617.065 - Disease related to asbestos defined.
NV Rev Stat § 617.065 (2011) What's This?
Disease related to asbestos means any disease caused by the inhalation of the fibers of asbestos, including but not limited to:
1. Interstitial pulmonary fibrosis;
2. Mesothelioma; and
3. Bronchogenic, laryngeal, lymphatic or gastrointestinal carcinoma.
