NV Rev Stat § 612.720 (2011) What's This?

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5 of NRS 612.445, whenever two or more persons conspire to obtain or increase any benefit or other payment under this chapter by a false statement or representation knowing it to be false, or by knowingly failing to disclose a material fact, or whenever any person makes a series of false statements or representations knowing them to be false, to obtain or increase benefit payments under this chapter over a period of more than 1 week, every such person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
