NV Rev Stat § 584.165 (2011) What's This?

Every person who shall manufacture for sale any article or substance in semblance of butter that is not the legitimate product of the dairy, and not made exclusively of milk or cream, but into which vegetable products or the oil or fat of animals, not produced from milk, enters as a component part, or into which melted butter, or any oil thereof, has been introduced, to take the place of cream, unless the package containing such article or substance shall be labeled or branded with the word oleomargarine or margarine, as provided in NRS 584.170, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
