NRS 584.155 - Duties of district attorneys.
NV Rev Stat § 584.155 (2011) What's This?
On complaint by the Commission of the violation of NRS 584.150 by any person, firm or corporation, the district attorney of the county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred shall institute criminal proceedings against the person complained of and shall prosecute the same in the proper courts.
