NRS 584.135 - Regulations.
NV Rev Stat § 584.135 (2011) What's This?
The Commission shall make such regulations, within the meaning and purposes of NRS 584.110 to 584.160, inclusive, as may be necessary in their administration, and which may include the sanitary production, care and handling of milk and cream used in the making of butter.
