NRS 583.555 - Costs of inspection; schedule of killing days.


NV Rev Stat § 583.555 (2011) What's This?

1. The cost of inspection of an official establishment must be paid by the owner or operator of the establishment.

2. The Officer may establish a mandatory schedule of killing days for an official establishment in any area of the State if the schedule conforms with the reasonable needs of the establishment and has received the approval of the Health Division of the Department of Health and Human Services. If such a schedule is established, it must be exclusively used for the inspection of the slaughtering operations of the official establishment.
