NV Rev Stat § 583.116 (2011) What's This?

Consumer means any person purchasing eggs for his or her family s use or consumption, or a restaurant, hotel, boardinghouse, bakery or other institution purchasing eggs for serving to guests or patrons, or for its use in cooking or baking.
