NV Rev Stat § 583.020 (2011) What's This?

Any person who shall knowingly sell any flesh of any diseased animal or any container containing shellfish, if such container does not have an approved stamp authorized by the Health Division of the Department of Health and Human Services, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
