Chapter 528 - Forest Practice and Reforestation
NRS 528.087 - Timberland conversion certificate: Reduction of performance bond.

Upon application, the State Forester Firewarden may reduce any performance bond required under NRS 528.083 in an amount proportionately equal to the number of acres adequately stabilized, revegetated or rehabilitated out of the total acres covered by the timberland conversion certificate.
